Discover has launched Biodegradable Credit Cards, which is said to be the first green card–which is biodegradable. According to Discover, 99% of the card’s substance is made from biodegradable PVC, which is said to degrade into the environment with minimal impact within 5 years and the card leaves no toxic effect on the environment.”
But few environmental activist group raising questions like; where did this magical biodegradable PVC come from? Is it green?
